Cupcake and I spent our weekend being cold and me celebrating my brother's birthday. It was my first outing without the going out. I had a lot of fun. Cupcake slept through the entire night so I didn't have a fussy baby that I needed to attend to through the party. Sunday I was exhausted and had lack of sleep because I needed to be up early to visit her dad's side of the family for Easter. That was different and awkward but I got through it and made it home to slum it in sweats and chow down to some yumtastic burgers flipped by my brother. And calling it a night. Easter was a very relaxing holiday but I'm sure next year, I'm gonna be a little less relaxed and more of a crazy mom decorating Easter eggs, hiding them and making baskets. Oh the joy of parenthood.
